While I enjoy the Web site a great deal, I have twice inquired about property and have never received any response. The poor customer service alone would likely keep me from using your service.

I don't use sites that provide no price information. And there are plenty of them that have proven to be reliable and upfront.

I need to have price information before I even consider inquiring about the property. This is one of few that do not list prices. I think you should hire someone to do a more user-friendly web-site.

i fully agree with "anonymous" who said that he does not use sites that do not provide price information. without the price, everyone is potentially wasting their time so what is your hesitation in posting prices?

I agree with all these comments. And if you are thinking of updating the website, please provide some visual image alongside the listing so no one has to click on a property to find that Antibes 20 is not to their liking. This website has some great properties to sell, but it's let down by an old fashioned design

I agree that website is old fashioned--when looking at a property, each small picture has to be clicked and then wait for one picture-then close it, and on to the next! Too frustrating--should have a continuing loop of all pics showing on the large area. Prices should be shown also.

What does everyone think about the re-design of this site I have been working on?

Alpine Slide Enjoy the winter wonderland found on it's snowplay hill, the Magic Mountain Recreation Area in Big Bear Lake hotel, home of the world-famous Alpine Slide, is a four-season family destination. Youngsters enjoy the many varied attractions at the recreation area, which also include year-round operations of the Putt 'N Around Can Am racer go-karts and 18-hole miniature golf course, where breaking greens challenge even the most experienced links players. And parents appreciate Magic Mountains commitment to safety first, as well as the reasonable prices, spacious lawn and two sundecks, where they can soak up rays-at no charge-while their kids play.

With such quality looking rentals one would expect the website to reflect the same. Unfortunately as is the site along with many other issues is lacking quality, being able to get an idea of price and availability information. This site as is very mediocre.

The CEO is an elitist snob with horrible customer service skills. On the website, it states that there are vacation homes from $1000-50,000. I emailed him and stated my budget was $3500. He emailed me back saying that I should look for a Motel 6. I was furious. See email below:

I have nothing for a 10 bedroom at $25 a day per person based on 20 people .You can barely stay at a Motel Six Motel for that.Good luck on your quest !

He should advertise properties that he has legal right to do so, such as this one:
